Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Establish, maintain and grow great relations with Carlyle customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate delivery manifest while complying with customer service delivery strategies and tracking procedures.
  • Ensure pick-up of customer returns without disrupting delivery efficiency.
  • Assist with order fulfilling when required.
  • Assist with keeping the warehouse in a neat and orderly manner including stocking of shelves.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License with recent drivers abstract.
  • 1-year previous delivery experience and city knowledge an asset.
  • Physically fit and capable of continuously lifting 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
