Job Description

Tandem Dump Truck Driver / Asphalt Laborer GO Paving is seeking individuals to join our asphalt paving team.Seeking: Tandem Dump Truck Driver and Asphalt Laborer,GO Paving is a small construction company specializing in asphalt and excavation/base in the commercial, civil, and residential space. This is our fourth season and we continue to grow as a company and thus need to expand.We're looking for the following;Dump Truck Driver and Laborer:

  • Experienced individual with asphalt works is an asset.
  • A valid Class 3 driver’s license is required.
  • Experience with operating equipment is a plus (skid steer, hauling equipment trailers, etc.).
  • Motivated, safety conscious, punctual, and responsible.
  • Able to withstand heat and lifting up to 50Lbs.
Asphalt Laborer:
  • Experienced individual with asphalt works. From using the lute/rake to plate packing and operating the compaction roller.
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required (Class 3 with air is a plus).
  • Experience operating a paver and screed is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with finishing an asphalt mat or,
  • Experience with operating equipment is a plus (skid steer, hauling equipment trailers, etc.).
  • Motivated, safety conscious, punctual, and responsible.
  • Able to withstand heat and lifting up to 50Lbs.
We’re looking for someone who can be a value added to the company, and the right fit, to help us expand and grow. This is a smaller company so the expectation is that everyone pitches in and has varying roles at time.Position is full time seasonal with the potential for winter snow clearing work for the right candidate.GO Paving is continuously growing and we’re hoping you can join our team.
