Job Title: Ecommerce Product/Marketing SpecialistDon’s Photo is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Ecommerce Product/Marketing Specialist. This role requires someone that is versatile, driven and cares about quality, details, and communication.We help bring the stories and memories of our community to life. Come join us!Our Vision: Building a passionate local community by inspiring people and businesses to creatively use photographs, imagery, and video.Ecommerce Product/Marketing Specialist: The Ecommerce Product/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of a new online store that focus on personalized photo gifts. You will use your creativity, expertise, and knowledge of digital media to deploy unique and fun content designed to engage customers and ensuring the success of the website.Duties include:

  • Create and manage product listings on our e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinate with our production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor sales trends and analyze performance data to make informed decisions about product offerings and pricing.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the website for increased sales and customer satisfaction.
