Is a nonprofit, community based; Indigenous lead human services organization that provides a range of Indigenous identified programs and services that focus on the wholeness, wellness that builds on the strengths and resilience of Indigenous People.About the RoleWe are seeking and individual who has experience working with the Indigenous community, and who understands and embraces the Indigenous culture and ways of being. The Employment Development and Human Relations Coach will be responsible for the delivery of the Human Relations program, and Employment Development for Indigenous female students including support, curriculum development, lesson planning and delivery. This includes instructing course material, creating assignments, and grading. In addition, this role will provide instruction in job readiness skills, ongoing direction and support in locating, placing and monitoring students in their work practicum placements. You will also provide student support throughout program participation and post exit support while employed and seeking employment.What We Need
