Preparation, installation, troubleshooting to the component/circuit level. Servicing remotely and onsite with the ability diagnose and solve problems. Maintain, upgrade and convert IGT gaming devices, while representing IGT at the customer site and maintaining a positive relationship with the client. Provide initial and ongoing customer training on basic game functionality. Adapt to various jurisdictions and adhere to compliance policies.ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and installation of Point of saleAccess (POA) equipment and communication devices used at the retailer locationMakes pre-installation site assessments to identify parts and wiring requirements at customer locationPerforms all preparation tests including assurance hardware, firmware, and system interface are accurate and functionalDelivers and installs products on customer siteInstalls system to system telephonic, ethernet and wireless (S2S)Installs game to system telephonic, ethernet and wireless (G2S)Installs game to game and bank to bank, telephonic, ethernet and wireless (G2G)Carries out assigned portion of hardware and software conversions and upgradesPerforms planned and preventative maintenanceResponds to customer issues for games and system interfaceSupports software and system integration verification tests for jackpotsPerforms accurate and timely tracking and reporting on activities utilizing SAP and other software toolsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2-4 years of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronics, electro-mechanical, telecom or computer equipment required preferable with IGT equipment and gaming system productsExperience with AC/DC fundamentalsReading and translating wiring diagramsMaintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting to component/circuit levelTesting programs with verification devices such as Kobetron and EPROM ComparatorTroubleshooting with input and output testsSpecial Requirements:Valid driver license and clean driving recordAble to obtain a Gaming LicenseMust be at least 21 years of ageAble to lift 50 lbs. or morePass a background checkWork overtime as requiredAvailable to work on weekendsAble to stand for an eight-hour shiftAbility to travel and provide support as requiredKeys to Success
