The incumbent is responsible for prompt filing of all court files and documents. Strong organizational skills are required for prioritizing heavy workloads. Data administration has four desks that are generally rotated amongst staff on a monthly basis: the record centre desk, the basement desk, the tracking desk (two staff). Staff will generally spend 90 per cent of their day at the assigned desk.
