Job Description

Waverley Chrysler is looking for a First Impressions Representative! The First Impressions Representative is responsible for greeting and receiving customer phone calls courteously and respectfully, discovering the needs of Waverley Chrysler customers, and directing their calls appropriately. The successful candidate will require excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Duties

  • Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
  • Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Obtains basic information about each customer, using a computer system, a log sheet or other method established.
  • Data entry into prospect tracking system and runs prospect reports for managers weekly.
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Assists with clerical duties as requested. INCLUDING DATA ENTRY
  • Maintains vehicle stocking and files. Reynolds and Reynolds system an asset.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills / Details
  • Customer Service experience is an asset
  • Call center and/or switchboard experience is preferred
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is supported
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
