Job Description

Food Counter Attendant_Buster's Pizza and Donair at Hinton, Alberta_**We are looking for a Food counter attendant to join our kitchen staff and make delicious Pizzas, Donairs and more based on both traditional and modern recipes.Line cook responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats and executing customers’ orders considering special requests. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various pizza types and be available to work during business hours.Ultimately, you will help increase client satisfaction by preparing high-quality pizzas and donairs.Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
  • Shave donair and make custom donair orders
  • Make pizza dough
  • Make white sauces, Pizza sauce, gravy, etc.
  • Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
  • Follow daily work checklist
  • Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
  • Cook appetizers, like fries, poutine, wings, pasta, spaghetti, garlic breads and salads
  • Prepare donair wrap
  • Recommend new recipes to update our menus
  • Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
Requirements
  • Work experience as a Pizza/Donair cook or similar role in a restaurant
  • Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs
  • Understanding of food hygiene
  • Good time-management skills
  • Team spirit
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
Full-time Hours 35-44 per weekPart-time hours: 20-40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
