Job Description

Equivalent ExperienceJob Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a Top 3 BankPlacement Type: 6 month contract-to-hire (80% of hires move onto internal roles/more specialty positions – performance based)Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday 7 AM to Midnight - 8 hour shifts , 5 days / week (WILL NOT NEED TO WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS)Location: 100% WORK FROM HOME (locations: Mississauga, Montreal, Moncton, Winnipeg, Vancouver)Description:You are a banking advisor, and an exceptional customer service representative. You champion the client brand and provide support to our clients as they will interact with us in very different ways; whether it is by phone, email, chat, video, social media or mobile. This is a full time and shift oriented role with an opportunity to work from one of our center or work from home. Our Centers are located in Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg and British Columbia.Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one (phone/email)
  • Focus on helping clients by responding empathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of banking solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact (everyday banking questions, account openings, help on changing passwords, charge inquiries on credit card etc.)
  • Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one team
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
  • Educate and assist clients with using digital capabilities
  • Strictly dealing with credit cards, understand the product itself and help with interest calculations and how its captured, review transactions, identify any fraudulent transactions
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Previous experience working in a Contact/Call Centre
  • Previous banking experience
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintain client relationships, preferably in the financial or service industry while working independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns
