We are looking to grow our team!The Bradford Exchange is looking to hire full-time permanent Bilingual French Customer Service and Sales Representatives to work remotely for our inbound call centre.The successful candidate will be first trained in our collectibles department and may be required to become cross-trained in other departments.We are currently hiring for a start date of August 26, 2022. The successful candidate would need to be available for three-hour training period on Friday August 26, 2022, and full-time training would start Monday August 29, 2022.The successful candidates would be scheduled between:

• French: 7:00am and 4:30pm (CT), Monday to Friday

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• 90% Answering calls in both English and French – assist customers with questions concerning their order and order status, billing, retain customer business, upselling and returns.
• 10% Completing required paperwork including faxes and written inquiries received from customers and other duties as assigned/required.

*After three-month probationary periodRequired Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 1+ years of phone sales experience

• English Proficiency
• French Proficiency
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Adaptability and flexibility – must commit to a shift bucket
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in a scheduled environment and adhering to a strict schedule
• Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of PC Fundamentals and ability to navigate multiple computer programs
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Comfortable in a metric driven environment with daily, weekly, and monthly goals to achieve
• Ability to type minimum 25 WPM
