Job Description

Ready to tackle a fun and rewarding career in a fast-paced office environment with a growing company We are looking for a reliable and customer service oriented individual to perform a number of clerical and administrative duties as our Director of First Impressions!The Director of First Impressions must:

  • Have a professional attitude, appearance and customer service skills
  • Have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proactive, resourceful and have an ability to handle pressure
  • Have excellent time-management, multitasking and organization skills
The successful applicant will also have experience:
  • Receiving and transferring inbound phone calls
  • Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone and email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Receiving, receipting and processing payments
  • Photocopying, filing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Composing written communications
  • Retrieving documents per managerial request
  • Troubleshooting administrative related inquiries
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $31,200.00-$40,000.00 per yearBenefits:
