At Leon’s, we are continuously enhancing our ecommerce platform to provide our customers with a seamless, shopping experience and we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our team of Live Chat Agents. If you enjoy resolving issues and working with customers in a fast-paced-environment this may be a great opportunity for you.INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Bilingual English/French an asset
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer questions about product
  • Provide guidance on service-related issues
  • Search the website for measurements, package SKUs and other product information
  • Explain and sell extended warranties
  • Support multiple customers simultaneously
