Job Description

GO AUTO REQUIRES A FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN OUR GROWING DEALER GROUP!We are currently in search for a FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST. As the first point of contact for all customers the right candidate must provide excellent customer service in a busy-fast paced environment.Responsibility:

  • Greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Promptly answer the phone in a courteous manner
  • Accurate data entry and message taking
  • Process payments and deposits on behalf of the finance and sales department
  • Maintain the reception are in a tidy and presentable manner at all times
  • Other assigned duties
Accountability:
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Have high standards of customer service for all customers and co-workers
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry
  • Reliable and professional at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in the automotive industry is an asset
  • Ability to handle a high volume multi-line phone/paging system
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Excellent time management skills
