We specialize in import brands and being a one-stop shop in Manitoba for car owners with 6 dealerships, 3 lean producing MPI-accredited body shops, a detailing centre, and our AutoMax Car rental agency.We have a great opportunity for a General Manager to join our team at Crown Nissan with a newly expanded and renovated state of the art building and technology located in the Waverley Auto Mall. The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store, delivering a great customer experience and meeting financial targets.What a General Manager can expect:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and continue to build a customer centric culture focused on providing exemplary service while resolving any customer issues that may arise
• Be a coach to Crown Nissan managers and team members with a goal of growing team members
• Be a part of the Crown Automotive group leadership team, while ensuring alignment with the Crown Automotive group’s goals for sustainability and growth
• Drive operational excellence by continually monitoring, evaluating and improving upon processes and key performance indicators as necessary
• Develop the business plan and sales objectives for the dealership and oversee its implementation in conjunction with OEM targets
• Be responsible for fiscal performance of the store and growing profitability
• Build lasting relationships with customers, team members, manufacturer representatives and stakeholders based on trust, integrity and respect
• Attract, hire, retain talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans

Requirements:

• Team Oriented and a track record of building and sustaining a great culture
• Exemplary leadership qualities and ability to bring team members together
• Ability to represent Dilawri’s CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude.
• Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to convert data into decisions and actions
• Experience utilizing and leveraging a CRM and equity mining tool is an asset
• Five (5) years in a Management position, with strong preference to those with an automotive background
• Valid drivers license
• Completed Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is considered an asset
• Other languages spoken considered an asset
