HOUSE CLEANING PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED (Full-time or Part-time)Houseworks Chores & More is a well-established company with 27 YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY!! A real united network!· Wages - $15.50/hr (first 30 days) $16.00/hr (after 30 days), $16.50/hr guaranteed within first year!· All team members are paid as employees and full health and dental benefits are included!· Parts of town currently available: - Tuxedo/St. James/Charleswood.· Drive to and from home live all other job directly to clients. Travel is keep to a minimum The Position· We clean homes, apartments, and condos - only residential environments. Staff works 1 on 1 in a 30 day PAID training program with a training supervisor who offers support and technical guidance to ensure your success. Post training our employees work independently in two homes per day, in the area closest to your home. Your schedule is consistent with the same reoccurring clientele to allow you to become familiar with your clients and clients to be assured the same staff will return on the same day and time. Working independently a valid drivers license and your own vehicle are a must. Only one trip to the office at end of day Friday to re fill supplies and get paid!Looking for a change: · Are you looking for a consistent, to suit you, work schedule Not a promise to try· Or to work independently, rather than in a team of people· Would you prefer to provide service to a reoccurring list of clients, so you know what to expect· And would you want to work within one part of town, not all over the city· How about going to work directly from home, to the clients, rather than going into the office and then heading out to work Our personal service environment provides all of these.Where you would work: · Pick the part of town closest to home and work there, if something closer comes up, you can move.· We don’t have our staff travel to and from the office each day. You leave straight from home.· Travel to and from work is just like attending any job; you drive there and then drive home.· Our team members have two homes per day as a rule, scheduled in close proximity to each other.· Travel from one home to the other is minimal and compensated for.· One trip to the office at end of day Friday to replenish supplies, p/u schedule and pay cheque.Looking for the perks of being a weekly paid employee: · Our team members are paid as employees, not as self-employed contractors.· Our employees are paid hourly with deductions, not hourly expected to pay their own deductions.· As an employee we contribute equally+ to your EI & CPP, self-employed contactors pay both parts of CPP.· As an employee you are eligible for EI benefits, as a self-employed contractor you are not. As an employee we collect and remit tax, CPP, EI, as a self-employed contractor you pay the tax & CPP· As an employee you earn 2 weeks paid holidays, self-employed contracts do not get paid holidays· As an employee you get paid for statutory Holidays, self-employed contracts don’t get paid for stats· As an employee we provide a tax deduction form to claim the use of the vehicle for work, you don’t have to be self-employed.· This allows a portion of your insurance, gas, repairs and interest on a car payment to be used as expenses, it reduces the tax you pay, giving you a cash return at the end of the year, Rather than paying more tax on the additional income from being paid KM’s. You can also claim your cell bill!· Group health benefits are provided, dental and extended health such as prescriptions/ alternative practitioner’s chiro/massage/ physiotherapy/etc., life insurance, ambulance to name some.We offer our new team members: · Paid training – First 15 days, 1 on 1 training:· Full-Time or Part-Time available anywhere within Mon – Fri 8:30-4:30 to suit you.· We guarantee hours, get as many as 40 or as little as 20.
