HOUSE CLEANER – FULL TIME – HOURS & CLIENTS GUARANTEED!Do you want to work independently & keep driving downAre you looking for reliable employment, with a company that keeps it simple & meets your needsIf so join our well-established, highly organized & efficient company!We lead the industry with 28 yrs. – the rest follow us!AREA WE ARE HIRING FOR: RIVER HEIGHTS/LINDENWOODS/TUXEDO Staff members must have valid class 5 driver’s license & own reliable transportationWAGES: $17.00 - $19.00 after training period, plus tips and bonuses!· Starting wage $17.00/Hr after 14 day training program @ $16.50· $18.00 - $19.00/Hr guaranteed within first year, pending ability and reliability.· All staff are paid as employees with EI, CPP & tax deductions, no contract work.· We pay weekly on Friday.· Remuneration for Fuel.WE OFFER OUR STAFF: · Work close to home, clients scheduled in close proximity to each other.· Work independently with two homes per day, No teams travelling around.· Service a reoccurring list of clients, built to suit your availability.· Guaranteed hours, Mon-Fri. 8:30-4:30 FT or PT!· No daily travel to office, start from and end at home! One trip to office Friday.· All environmental friendly products, vacuum, equipment & uniforms are supplied.· Extensive health and dental benefits packages are included· Tips go directly to staff· Incentive program – with monthly bonus an Extra $600.00+ per year· Our employees are insured, bonded and covered by WCB· Two weeks paid holiday after one year.· We work diligently to keep all running efficiently and we keep our promises.· We work diligently to provide a fun, easy going environment for all to enjoy.THE POSITION:

  • Working independently, our staff clean homes, apartments, and condos - only residential environments. Staff works 1 on 1 in a 30 day PAID training program with a training supervisor who offers support and technical guidance to ensure your success. Post training our employees work independently in two homes per day, in the area closest to your home. Your schedule is consistent with the same reoccurring clientele allowing you to become familiar with your clients. a valid drivers license and your own vehicle are a must. Only one trip to the office at end of day Friday to re fill supplies and get paid!
  • Vehicle & cell phone expense declaration is provided to claim the use of the vehicle and cell bill on your tax return. This allows a portion of your insurance, gas, repairs and interest on a car payment to be used as expenses, it reduces the tax you pay.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST: · Staff members must have valid class 5 driver’s license & own reliable transportation.· Be able to read & write English fluently.· Be in good physical condition to meet physical demands such as kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, standing.· Have a clear criminal record.· Have professional daycare in place for child care.· Be Seeking a minimum of 1 year of employmentIf you are physically fit, have a positive outlook and are customer service orientated with an eye for clean and the attention to detail.
