  • Ensure proper documentation and approval are in place prior to creating a new employee through the recruiting portal
  • Entering employee information and payroll data into the system
  • Obtaining review and sign off as needed from P & C Lead/P&C Specialist on the accuracy of data entry
  • Processing new employees, promotions, team changes, and terminations
  • Maintaining and updating Employee Master File for changes (new pay rate, bonuses, commissions, payable hours etc.)
  • Ensuring changes to Employee Master File are valid and all appropriate approvals are in place
  • Maintaining benefit administration
  • Reconciling billings from benefit plan providers and Investigating billing discrepancies
  • Escalating any unresolved issue to P&C Lead
  • Identifying improvements and process flow problems
  • Providing backup to the HRIS Systems Analyst as needed
  • Audits data entry in HRIS on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance
Skills:Detail oriented, adaptable, reliable and customer focused. The ability to multi-task, maintain strict confidentiality, function effectively in a team environment as well as independently, work effectively with a highly diverse customer group, and demonstrate basic problem-solving skills is essential. Strong attention to detail, and good math skills combined with excellent computer, communication and organizational skills are a must.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with an HRIS or payroll system and with previous data entry experience strongly preferred.What is an iQerAn iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
