RAS also provides coaching and training for government departments and agencies, and develops and implements new processes and tools to improve the analysis, development and reporting of statutes, regulations, policies and forms.Conditions of Employment:

Qualifications:Essential:
  • Post secondary degree in a related discipline and relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and skills will be considered
  • Knowledge and understanding of government structures, organizations and functions
  • Knowledge of policy development and government decision making processes
  • Experience in analysing, developing and managing data and information, business processes, and workflows
  • Experience working with and/or supporting and overseeing a central information system or other type of enterprise software application or platform, including databases
  • Experience planning and managing projects
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload environment
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle non-routine issues
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Excel and other Microsoft software (Word, Outlook, Edge, PowerPoint), or equivalent software
Desired:
  • Experience providing front-line client support such as help desk support
  • Experience in the development, coordination or delivery of: skills coaching, training or change management activities for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in identifying and developing business requirements
