Job Description

Western Turbo and Fuel Injection Ltd. has an opening for a full-time Inside Parts Salesperson to serve our customers. We are looking for a dedicated employee with a strong work ethic that also has excellent organizational, customer service, attendance and communication skills to help support our growth.Who we are -Western Turbo is a premier supply and repair facility to the Diesel Industry. We are proud of what we do and why we do it.Who you are -You are an energetic, diligent, curious, and self-directed individual capable of multi-tasking.What you will do -

  • Interact with retail, wholesale and internal customers via phone, email, and in-person to determine correct parts needed and make recommendations.
  • Provide quotes to customers as well as relay information on availability, shipping cost and estimated time of delivery.
  • Manage multiple customers and tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Work with, maintain and grow relationships with suppliers to locate and order parts.
  • Process backorders, returns, and exchanges, as well as any follow through as necessary.
  • Work in a cooperative manner with team members and management.
  • Work with our team members to help define and develop new and current procedures and practices.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing levels & strategies
What you need -· Inside Parts Salesperson experience an asset.· Mechanical aptitude.· Possess excellent customer service skills.· Prior mechanical experience or schooling is a plus.· Proven track record of successfully optimizing sales.· Familiarity using both digital and manual parts catalogues.· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.· Basic computer skills.· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.· Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.Thank you to all applicants, however, be aware only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $19.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
