Responsible for the day to day support of the sales channel and the effective handling of customer inquiries, identify customer needs and offer appropriate product and service recommendations. Build effective business relationships and investigate and resolve customer issues. Assist the sales team in achieving revenue objectives.Requirements:· Experience building effective business relationships with internal and external customers, including the ability to negotiate and resolve issues.· Customer service oriented with good communications skills.· Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to multitask with minimal supervision.· Must be a positive, enthusiastic team player.· Experience with MS office.· Post-secondary education and/or experience in the Concrete Accessory, Geotextiles.
