Job Description

CNF Marketing is an established eCommerce Internet Retailer based in Winnipeg. We specialize in luxury winter apparel accessories (Jackets, hats, gloves, scarves) and home décor.This is an ON-SITE position.Key traits the candidate must have are:

  • Attention to detail. Ex/ Small errors on customs documents can turn into big costly problems/delays.
  • Proactive, assertive, ability to adapt and adjust on the fly
  • Exceptional negotiation, quality decision-making, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with Spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
Secondary skills that would be nice to have are:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Fashion
  • Experience in a retail environment
  • Some basic understanding of accounting
Job Duties: This is a multifaceted role but much of the candidates time will revolve around managing the movement of inventory. Some of the duties include:
  • Manage the purchase order system
  • Inventory management
  • Source products/suppliers (Worldwide: Europe, Asia, New Zealand, USA, etc)
  • Negotiate contracts & prices
  • Coordinate with suppliers on an ongoing basis
  • Manage logistics
  • Acquire permits/customs clearance
  • Supervise quality assurance process
  • Oversee warehouse management
  • Hire and train casual/seasonal warehouse staff
  • Ensure customer orders are shipped on time
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per yearBenefits:
