Job Description

Goals and Outcomes:Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.Essential Functions:

  • Receive, track, and input shipments and deliveries, as well as notify relevant departments.
  • Input inventory into the system, this includes adding asset tags and tracking serial numbers.
  • Responsible for showroom configuration. This includes selecting feature items to display, and rotating stock as needed.
  • Organize new inventory.
  • Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.
  • Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material.
  • Arrange appropriate transportation of products and obtain quotes from shipping companies.
  • Track and distribute incoming packages.
  • Tag parts to specific projects and jobs.
Education:
  • At a minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
  • 2-3 years experience in a dynamic work environment.
Knowledge, Skillsamp; Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related field.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize.
