Job Description

About the Role: Paramount is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to support our warehouse and service operations. In this role, you #39;ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and moving parts and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and operations. If you are a team player, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks; transport items to designated areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Operate forklift and maintain a valid company-issued license.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, confined space practices, and chemical handling.
  • Assist with parking lot maintenance and repair.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs occasionally); frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and overhead work.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with asphalt repair is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License required (Class 3 License is an asset).
  • Must pass all pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and criminal checks).
