Job Description

Trans Canada Brewing Company’s Brewery, Taproom and Store is in the heart of Winnipeg’s vibrant southwest corner and is 100% independent and Manitoba owned! It is an exciting time at TCB and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Kitchen Team.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Quality and craftsmanship is key to working in our kitchen.
  • Experience is an asset, training will be provided, no experience is necessary.
  • Prep, cleaning, stocking, portioning.
  • Excellent team player, with the ability to multitask and “wear many hats” with the ability to think on your feet.
  • People skills; friendly, helpful, with passion for customer service.
  • Self-Starter able to work in an environment with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail with dedication to quality work.
  • Shared or growing passion for the craft beer industry: beer, brewing, food pairing, experience etc.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, and evenings required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or qualified experience.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours a day.
Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $12.50 per hourAdditional pay:
