Job Description

Who You Are

  • You have experience with landscape maintenance and hardscape installation projects
  • You’re experienced in supervising a labor crew while working alongside them in the field
  • You’re experienced training crew members to learn new techniques and become more efficient
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and vendors, as well as your team members
  • You like the satisfaction of a job well done
What We Expect
  • You’ll have reliable transportation to get to the shop compound each day
  • Willing and able to work 35-50+ hours per week
  • Meet company standards and requirements and comply with all safety rules & regulations
  • Properly use and maintain all equipment
What the Job Looks Like
  • Long workdays outdoors in all weather
  • Driving a truck & towing a trailer
  • Manage crews to complete jobs on time and under budget
  • Manage use of materials and track for billing
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately
  • Train crew members on new techniques or to improve existing knowledge
  • Communicate regularly with customers and vendors
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment by self and all team members
  • Starting Pay is $22-$28 per hour or even more depending on experience
Minimum Requirements
  • 1-3 landscape maintenance and hardscape installation experience
  • Experience with landscape equipment: backhoes, mini excavators, hedge trimmers, etc.
  • Experience managing a crew preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Clean and valid driver’s license- Class 3 License is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalContract length: 7 monthsSalary: $22.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:
