Job Description

Lead Generation SpecialistMaxim Truck & Trailer1860 Brookside BlvdWinnipeg, MB R3C 2E6Maxim is currently seeking a LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST for our Winnipeg Brookside location. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls to a database of business accounts, with the ultimate goal of uncovering new or existing sales leads. This is a great introduction into a future sales role!Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – We may offer Part Time and/or a flexible schedule for the right candidate. Please note that this role is not Work-From-Home.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to a database of business accounts
  • Touch base with existing customers and prospective customers to update contact information and follow up on any needs Maxim may be able to assist with
  • Forward any potential sales leads to our team of outside Sales Representative across Canada
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English (a second language is an asset)
  • Outgoing, personable and professional phone etiquette skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and developing a rapport with customers – not in an aggressive or pushy way
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems as required
  • Transportation industry and/or heavy-duty equipment knowledge is an asset
