Job Description

Job purposeTo provide support to the Residential Property Management department by completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks concerning all renewals for the entire residential portfolio. The objective is to ensure that each Property Manager, APM, LA and Caretakers know exactly how many suites they will have available at any given time. Advertising and organization to sustain the occupancy level of each building is of utmost importance.Duties and responsibilitiesPRIMARY DUTIES· Liaising with Residential tenants to provide information and address complains and concerns.· Update upcoming vacancies and requested documentations for residential buildings.· Prepare move-outs for non-renewals.· Issuing notices to residential tenants such as move out confirmations, renewal documents.· Coordinate with leasing department and Property Managers to ensure all legal documents for new leases, renewals, expiries, terminations, etc are properly tracked and entered.· Weekly Yardi reports.· RTB forms.· Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum qualifications required to successfully perform this position.Qualifications include:

  • Strong people skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation & problem-solving skills.
· Friendly and positive “can do” attitude;
  • Knowledge of YARDI would be an asset;

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • property management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer support: 3 years (preferred)
