Are you an experienced Resident Manager, looking to downsize OR Are you new to the industry, looking to get your startIf so, join our team! Royal Realty is a locally owned property management company. We are seeking a live-in, on-site caretaker couple for 42 units, (3 buildings within the property, consisting of 14 townhouses per block), prefers where one person is employed F/T elsewhere.NO PETS ALLOWED/NON-SMOKING UNITCompetitive salary includes a 3-bedroom suite allowance (2-storey townhouse) newer LVT flooring, half bath main floor, full bath upstairs, leasing bonuses & additional pay for suite cleaning. We offer flexible hours, training provided, no rent collection, no grass cutting or repairs! Snow removal is required.Education and Experience:
  • Completion of High School or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience as a Caretaker /Resident Manager required, willing to train the right candidate.
