Non-Commissioned Automotive Sales Position Available NowOur Non-Commissioned Automotive Sales Professionals are actually more like tour guides or customer service wizards than car salespeople. They assist customers with the investigation, presentation, and demonstration of our 100+ used cars from A-V in almost every price range. You don’t need to be a master negotiator to work for us, all of our inventory is priced by a 3rd party technology partner, below market, and we don’t negotiate on price.We work in a virtually fail-proof selling system and we will give you a step by step action plan to make sure you succeed. You will have daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals to maintain or exceed. As long as you come to work every day ready to work, we will succeed together.WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone with ZERO experience selling cars. We are unlike any dealership around. In a perfect world, we have the best results from Restaurant Servers or Managers, Retail experience, Hospitality experience, Call Center experience, Phone | Mattress | Shoes | Social Work, etc. We dont require any specific amount of education, but sometimes education could help you fast track certain into a leadership position. Our Sales Professionals communicate with our customers by phone, email, text & video. Basic skills in these forms of communication are a must. You will have an edge over the competition for this position if you are active on social media, have a following/large friends list and are comfortable in front of the camera.QUALIFICATIONSWe can teach skills and knowledge. We cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside). We will provide you with 100% of the tools, support, and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the get up and go the positive attitude and the work ethic.Must be willing to work a 5-day work (which includes Saturdays!)The FIVE biggest hurdles we struggle to overcome in our dealership (People who Cant or Wont Make it)

We hire We / Us people who like being a part of something bigger than themselves.Sometimes, if you are helping a customer, you make it home late for dinner. This SUCKS, but is part of our business - we are Retail - thus we work some nights and weekends. We work 5 days a week and right around 40 to 45 hours. Saturday is GAME DAY (it would be like if you were a football player) and is required. We are CLOSED EVERY SUNDAY without exception for Family and Worship. You also have a day off during the week. The schedule allows you plenty of time for kids of all ages, golf, exercise, yard work, errands, volunteer work, etc.EARNING POTENTIALAs a non commissioned sales associate you will work as a team with other sales associates. You will earn a minimum hourly wage plus a per vehicle sold bonus for every vehicle that the team sells. This includes vehicles sold on your days off. Our bonus tiers are TIER (1) 1-49, TIER (2) 50-74 and TIER (3) 74+. Our goal is to build a team that will eventually sell 100+ vehicles per month and YOU are the first step. We will explain our bonus structure in person if you are selected for an interview. Even with the shortage of inventory and supply chain issues in 2021 we still managed to retail just shy of 650 units. Here are a few examples of pay (including your hourly wage) 48 vehicles sold as a team pays $3,219.33, 56 vehicles sold as a team pays $4,819.33, and once we hit that 75+ mark 77 vehicles sold as a team pays $7,948.33.We didnt lay anyone off during the pandemicIF you fit our criteria (we arent kidding; this is a career and NOT a job) then carry on!Currently accepting resumes, applications, tours, and interviewsTo Apply Please submit a cover letter or information that includes:
