St. James-Assiniboia School DivisionGreat Schools for Growing and LearningNON-TEACHING VACANCYST. JAMES-ASSINIBOIA – HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS NEEDED AS LUNCHSUPERVISORS*Required for the 2022-23 School Year*The following schools are seeking lunch supervisors:Ecole Bannatyne Linwood School Hedges Middle SchoolEcole Ness Crestview SchoolLunch supervisors typically required for 1 hour per day between 11-2 as lunch hours vary in eachschool.Rate of Pay: $14.79 per hour plus 4% vacation payWorking as an "on call," or "as needed," basis.Please see the Principal of each school directly to apply for these positions.DUTIES:

  • Supervises students during the lunch period in the school and on the playground;
  • Maintains order and discipline during the lunch period; refers problems to the Principal or the
designate;
  • Ensures lunchroom cleanup is performed and performs other duties related to lunchroom
activities as assigned or required.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be least 16 years of age and be an active student of the St. James-Assiniboia
School Division;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students;
  • Ability to supervise lunchroom and playground activities;
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions;
  • CPR and First Aid would be considered an asset.
