Job Description

We offer graduated training, mentorship, and online brand training to assist our employees in achieving their career goals.After the initial 90 days of sales and luxury brand training, success will mean having the ability and skills to sell a minimum of 10 cars per month and achieving exemplary social media and survey ratings from customers Product Advisors will then enter a commission-based pay plan with unlimited earning potential.Additional Crown Auto Group Employee Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to personal and dealership database to sell vehicles while assisting in store clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Build and maintain knowledge on new products, features, services and awareness of competitors
  • Showcase features and benefits of vehicles and provide test drives
  • Coordinate to ensure vehicle is ready for customer pickup and demonstrate key features and technology to clients during vehicle pickup
  • Provide a bridge between sales and service departments for all new clients
  • Keep up-to-date records on sales calls, customer contacts, and details of meetings
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for customer service and meeting different people daily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude
  • Other languages spoken considered an asset
