Job Description

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience
  • Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry
  • Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently
WHAT WILL YOU DOOur maintenance teams are responsible for general preventative and repair maintenance of multi-unit residential buildings, including in-suite turnover and repairs and grounds maintenance grounds maintenance. This role supports a variety of maintenance activities including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting to ensure service and support is provided to all residents of Hazelview Properties.WHAT DO WE OFFERA Total Rewards package (including but not limited to):
