The ideal candidate possesses strong project and people management skills, and understands how to leverage technology to solve problems and create value. The successful candidate will need to be able consider both internal and end-user considerations and perspectives in order to recommend and implement innovative business solutions for the company.The Manager, Corporate Operations & Digital Projects will also help define and enhance the company’s processes and procedures, ultimately being a champion for efficiency and optimal client experience within the business.The role is a key member of the leadership team at Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson. The successful candidate will participate in strategic planning and the budgeting process.The Manager, Corporate Operations & Digital Projects reports to the Senior Vice President.Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Information Systems or a related field; a combination of education and related work experience will be considered.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent designation considered an asset.
  • Six Sigma Lean Green Belt certification considered an asset.
  • Minimum five (5) year experience in a technology property management and/or corporate operations focused role
  • Two (2) years direct leadership experience.
  • Two (2) years experience managing projects in a corporate environment engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Real Estate and Capital Markets experience is an asset; desire to invest time and energy into gaining Commercial Real Estate (CRE) knowledge.
  • Experience managing third party Information Technology (I.T.) and software providers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages the planning, selection, implementation and administration of software applications, including but not limited to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
  • Champions a client-centric approach and ensure client satisfaction/growth opportunities are incorporated into procedures.
  • Responsible for the business’ technology infrastructure through the use of procurement, project management and contract management strategies.
  • Creates and manages a quality assurance program, while promoting and ensuring compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
  • Provides leadership for the Corporate Operations team, including creating a positive team culture, conflict resolution, workload management, and staff development.
  • Develops and monitors department specific success indicators, and collaborates in the creation and monitoring of business-wide performance metrics.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of business-wide process and procedure manuals.
