Manager, eCommerce Administrator Career OpportunityThe Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Manager, eCommerce Administrator for our Virtual Store Team.As a Senior Manager, eCommerce Administrator you will be responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability, by creating a culture that enhances the customer experience, while managing the day-to-day activities of the store administration team.The Dufresne Group is committed to investing in our team members; we offer:Market competitive wages;Comprehensive benefits plan and excellent employee discounts;Employer Sponsored Retirement Savings Plan;Career growth and continuous development;Respectful and family-oriented working environment with strong company values.As the Manager, eCommerce Administrator, you will:Maintain and review budget.Audits and reviews work performed by the team members and assist them as applicable.Ensures complete and adequate documentation of procedures and work completed.Responsible for the timely completion of various reporting functions.Recruit, train, coach, and develop administration team members.Prepares and administers performance evaluations for assigned team members.Provides timely & effective communication.Effectively deals with customer service concerns.Deals and/or re-direct escalated customers due to service or financing issues.Month end reconciliation.Attends monthly meetings.Weekly reporting for KPIs and opportunities.Create and implement department SOPs.Enhancing, implementing the company strategies to retain and enhance customer acquisition.Providing analysis and reporting on KPIs.Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department.Actively interpret and reviews financial results with leadershipAs a successful candidate you will have the following:High School Diploma, or equivalent.2+ years of related experience.Previous managerial/supervisory experience.Strong computer skills with strong knowledge and understanding of STORIS.Excellent communication skills both orally and written.Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain organizational methods that others can followAbility to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).Criminal Record Check is required.Apply now!The Dufresne Group welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
