Desired Skills and Experience:
  • A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a professional accounting. designation CPA (CMA, CGA, or CA or Masters Degree in Business Administration).
  • 3 - 5 years’ work experience with an emphasis on knowledge of FP&A, business planning, case costing and funding analysis, and business case development.
  • Experience with a large portfolio, ideally budget of $50M or more servicing a minimum 25 cost centers.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint skills as well as experience with ERP systems are required. EPICOR experience would be an asset.
Essential Functions:
  • Preparation of Departmental cost analysis.
  • Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, operating forecast, and cash flow forecast.
  • Development of new cost standards and working to ensure they are entered into the CRM application.
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting from various systems including ERP.
