We’re united by a shared commitment to excellent and equitable health care.Position OverviewThe Facility Patient Care Manager is responsible for the administrative functions of the Hospital in the absence of Senior Administrative personnel. He/she ensures that the delivery of required health care services is consistent with the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Seven Oaks General Hospital.Experience

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated knowledge and skill in Hospital management.
  • Progressive management experience.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline required, Masters Degree preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
  • Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • Registration in a professional association/licensure in that discipline.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to foster an interdisciplinary collaborative environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with all categories of staff in all Programs/Services.
  • Demonstrated independent decision making skills essential.
  • Demonstrated excellence of written and oral communication skills.
