This position is responsible to build, implement, and measure strategic recruitment strategies that attract a diverse student base to MITT.Developing local relationships with influential members of different communities will be key for success in this position, as will the ability to use market intelligence, data analysis, Google analytics, and other internal/external data to drive recruitment activities.Fostering strong relationships with off-campus partners such as guidance counsellors, teachers, members of school divisions, and the broader collective recruitment community is essential to promoting MITT locally and nationally.
