Working at iQmetrix means always looking at ways to be better.Marketing Acquisition & Digital TransformationAbout the Position:iQmetrix has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Acquisition & Digital Transformation role. In this role, you will work closely with the wider marketing team, product and sales teams to help strategize and execute marketing campaigns and content that align with identified business goals.Marketing Acquisition & Digital Transformation Responsibilities include:Lead the coordination of integrated activities to build brand awareness, create demand, and generate marketing-qualified leads that will drive customer acquisition.Create and execute strategies to uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities and drive revenue growthWork with other team members to develop campaign materials such as emails, web landing pages, blog posts, case studies, articles, white papers, brochures, videos, advertising, social media contentEnsure consistency of brand and messaging in campaign collateral and internal/external communicationsTrack outcomes and report on results, warranting key learnings are applied across marketing activitiesActively participate in the company, team, or one-on-one meetings to enhance effective teamwork, communication, and develop progressive cooperation strategies within the department and other areas of the organizationContinually contribute to the profitability of the company and by developing, recommending, and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiativesRequired Experience & Skills:10+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C marketing role preferably focused on field marketing in the telecom sector.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have a portfolio of published materials/samples of previous work.Strong attention to detail; must have advanced editing and proofreading skills.Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).Experienced with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot).University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing or a related field.Competencies in the following are essential:A self-starter who can thrive in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive environmentSolid research and analytical skillsDemonstrated aptitude in thinking and functioning in an agile mannerStrong organizational and project management skillsWhat is an iQerAn iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
