Job Description :The Marketing and Business Development Associate is an entry-level position. Associates are responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with Manitobas Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). They act as an essential conduit between IntegrateIT and the SMEs. Associates review and identify business needs and recommend entry-level options that help businesses optimize their micro-grant funding in support of digital marketing and eCommerce adoption.Job Duties:Using the systems, tools and established protocols developed by IntegrateIT, Associates are responsible for the following duties:

• Review case files to gain an understanding of the businesss goals and objectives related to digital marketing, eCommerce and other digital adoption activities
• Meet and consult with the business to discuss the project objectives
• Conduct a SWOT analysis to understand the businesss current state and future opportunities
• Research and understand the industry, target audience as well as current market trends
• Gain and leverage understanding of digital marketing, social media and eCommerce products
• Formulate and present recommended options to businesses and obtain feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and deliver on specific projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and businesses
