Marketing Campaign Manager Career OpportunityThe Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager for our Marketing Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB.As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the campaign process that helps drive traffic, builds brand awareness, increases website traffic, and supports conversion. You will help the marketing team produce integrated campaign plans and guide the production team to execute strategies that will deliver the highest possible results in customer experience.The Dufresne Group is committed to investing in our team members; we offer:

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:
  • Manage the marketing campaign process from end to end, leveraging the annual plan as a guide to develop campaign briefs, providing campaign direction through to execution and completion.
  • Support the development of product and brand campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness, including communication with agencies, ideation, and concept development.
  • Support overall content strategy for all marketing activities that integrates broadcast and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, digital media, sponsorships.
  • Present on final integrated campaigns to stakeholders, bringing together all channels, both digital and traditional, to tell one cohesive story.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams in merchandising and sales to support development of strategies to support sub-brands, new product launches and store openings.
  • Manage media planning and agency communication for Broadcast, Out of Home, Print and Direct Mail.
  • Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager on projects to enhance brand experience and tactics to drive growth in customer acquisition and extend the lifetime value of a customer.
  • Lead and coach the team members on marketing production team, ensuring clear vision and goals are executed and to plan.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of marketing, communication, best practices and adapt current practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Research and maintain understanding of consumer trends and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor tracking systems for marketing campaigns. Assess the success of campaigns and promotions and provide regular reporting.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business or other related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in the marketing/advertising field
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical and planning abilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Tenacious, competitive, detail and goal oriented
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Weekends and/or travel may be required
