We are customer-centric, supportive, and inclusive.Southwood Golf & Country Club80 Rue des Ruines du MonastereWinnipeg, MBPosition: Membership Services AttendantManitoba’s oldest golf club, with the province’s newest golf course, Southwood Golf & Country Club is currently seeking qualified individuals for full-time and part-time Member Services Attendant roles. Southwood Golf & Country Club was established in 1894 and moved in 2011 alongside the meandering LaSalle River. The 18 hole course was designed by renowned Canadian Architect Thomas McBroom to the highest standards. The Club has been dedicated to great service and hospitality for over one hundred years. Our experienced staff and management team provide friendly, professional service to all of our members and their guests.Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide the finest in customer service
  • Quality interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work closely within a team environment to ensure the smooth running of the entire operation
Duties:
  • Responsible for greeting our Members and Guests
  • Backshop services
  • Maintenance, cleaning of golf carts
  • Regular up keep of bag storage area
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of tournaments
  • Setting out member’s golf bags and carts ahead of tee-off times
  • Retrieving, cleaning and putting away golf bags and carts in storage areas
  • Providing driving range services, such as refilling range balls receptacles
  • Practice facilities set up throughout the day
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as assigned
