National Repair Manager Career OpportunityThe Dufresne Group is currently seeking a National Repair Manager for our Repair Team.As a National Repair Manager, you will be responsible for managing all repair shop activities across The Dufresne Group network to ensure efficient and quality repair of guests’ product.The Dufresne Group is committed to investing in our team members; we offer:Market competitive wages;Comprehensive benefits plan and excellent employee discounts;Employer Sponsored Retirement Savings Plan;Career growth and continuous development;Respectful and family-oriented working environment with strong company values.As the National Repair Manager, you will:Create and manage standardized process and training practices/improvementsLeverage Automation and identify “best in class” repair techniquesEnsure execution consistency across markets to get to WINNING goalsManage Route optimization (in-home, in-shop, in-store)Manage Fleet assets and expensesLead, Manage, and Celebrate our National Certification program and our teams capabilitiesInspire the Canadian marketplace on the possibilities of RepairUnderstand and ensure compliance with all safe work practices and regulations to maintain a health and safety compliance.As a successful candidate you will have the following:Post-secondary education in a related area.5+ years of furniture and appliance repair including upholstery, leather, case goods and motion.3+ years of management experience.Possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills.Proven ability in building and leading high performing teams.Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.Proven ability in managing multiple profit and loss statements.Flexible schedule requirements, including evenings and weekends.Some exposure to solvents.Criminal Record Check is required.Travel will be required across North America approximately 30-40% of the year.Apply now!The Dufresne Group welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
