The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on network security and zero trust networking.The successful candidates responsibilities will include:Configure, install, and monitor various network devices including firewalls, switches, load balancers, APs, Email security systems etc.Develop Active Directory and Azure Active Directory IAM administration procedures.Develop, document, monitor and maintain cybersecurity standards, policies, and protocols.Understanding of layered security at data, OS, and network levels.Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures.Plan and implement Network & Security access controls.Perform security hardening on both Cloud Infrastructure & On-prem infrastructure.Perform Network Security maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations during off-hours.Monitor performance and availability of multiple geographically distributed WAN & LAN connections including VPN, VPLS, IPSEC tunnels, etc.Provide Level 2/3 support to the Service desk team.Maintain proper documentation and follow change management procedures.Develop, implement, and administer Infrastructure & Cloud security tools and ensure proper monitoring and alerting is in place.Assess current IT security protocols for any vulnerabilities and ensure proper standards and policies are in place to mitigate them.Participate in disaster recovery development and planning activities.Keep up to date with current trends, threats, emerging technologies, techniques, tools etc.On-Call and occasional off-hours work as required.The ideal candidate for this position will have:A University degree in Computer science, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.More than 4+ years of experience as a Network administrator.Experience in working with Microsoft Azure.Familiarity with enterprise grade firewalls (CISCO, Juniper, Sophos, Fortinet etc.) and Email security systems.Experience with planning, designing and implementation of mid-size corporate networks.Experience with enterprise networking including BGP, OSPF, VPLS, VPN, NAC, SDWAN, Policy Based Routing.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure routing, Express route, Azure virtual network gateway using BGP.Expertise in virtualization systems such as VMWare, Hyper-V, or Citrix Xen App servers.Experience in Ansible, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages would be considered an asset.CCNP, CISSP, CISA, Security+ certifications etc. would be considered an asset.Should this excellent opportunity interest you, please submit your resume, including salary expectations.Price Industries Limited hires based on merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
