We’re united by a shared commitment to excellent and equitable health care.Position OverviewWorking as part of a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Program Director, the incumbent:

  • Performs a variety of clerical tasks and acts as a communication link for the unit.
  • Performs a variety of tasks for the care and comfort of patients as well as routine tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the area.
Experience
  • 1-2 years recent relevant experience as a Unit Clerk required.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Complete high school education (Manitoba Standards) required.
  • Successful completion of Unit Clerk certificate from a recognized course required.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Aide certificate from a recognized course required.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates who:
    • Have successfully completed the Anatomy/Medical Terminology and Office Practice course or other recognized related combined courses.
