Job Description

Seven Oaks Janitorial Services (2006) Ltd. Is a Canadian owned family business offering premiere janitorial services throughout Manitoba.We are seeking a part time or full time Office Assistant4, 6 or 8 hours per day, Day Shift, Monday to FridayLocation: Dufferin AvenueOffice Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Handling incoming calls and emails/other communications
  • Managing filing system
  • Data entry as assigned
  • Supporting accounting, safety and management staff with other duties as required
Office Assistant Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Tech-savvy with Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience using Sage Simply Accounting or QuickBooks (or equivalent accounting system)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied tasks as required
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Have a valid driver license
