Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate administrator! someone who has the skills, experience, and drive to be successful in a Reception/Administrator role within a growing team. In this role, you will be working and supporting management and the Johnson Group in day to day activities. This person must be a self-starter and results driven who demonstrates a high level of excellence in a well-organized, and timely manner. This position is for a candidate who is looking for organizational and personal growth as they will be responsible for operational efficiency in a variety of tasks.Responsibilities· Support management on day to day tasks and accounts by coordinating and executing requests;· Perform project management activities including timeline management, and effectively communicating to management;· Booking and managing calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing appointments/meetings;· Booking and managing travel arrangements and itineraries;· Compile information packages;· Screen incoming emails and phone calls (basic reception duties);· Handling all secretarial and administrative duties with little to no support;· Data entry and market research tasks as required;· Arranging parcel shipments through fedex, UPS, Canada Post;· Order and maintain office supplies inventory;· Ensuring efficiency throughout the day to day office operations;· Other reception and administration job duties as required.Requirements· 2-5 years’ experience as an administrator or reception in a busy organization· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload· High level of verbal and written communication skills· Ability to work well with multiple levels in an organizational hierarchy including employees, management, outside clients, and vendors· Strong Computer Skills and Microsoft Office· Sensitivity to confidential mattersYou would be a great fit for this role if you have the following qualities: · You are resourceful· You love calendars and organization!· You have an eye for detail· You embrace technology· You are a go-getter· You have a proactive/problem solving attitude· You are looking for a company that you can grow in!The Johnson Group is an equal opportunity employer.
