Job Description

ORDER DESK / CSR / INSIDE SALES CO-ORDINATORSuperior Finishes is a progressive and long established manufacturer of Industrial Coatings for the OEM Markets. We are a growth company, now in our 29th year of operations, and are located in a large modernized facility in Winnipegs Inkster Industrial Park.We currently have an immediate opening for an Order Desk / CSR / Inside Sales Coordinator.We are looking for a mature individual that displays strong communications skills. The ideal candidate will have strength with multi-tasking and making solid informed decisions. You should be a very good analytical thinker with the ability to react to situations with a sense of urgency while delivering results. We are looking for an eager and ambitious individual who takes their responsibilities to the next level.To be a success in this position, you will be a quick study, have excellent computer skills and the ability to process tasks quickly and accurately. Frequent interruptions do happen, and the ability to be able to adapt to these interruptions is critical. As the Order Desk / CSR / Inside Sales Coordinator, you are a direct link to our customer, and you will ensure that the customer gets their required products as expected, and on time.The ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment is essential. We are growing at a phenomenal rate, and are in need of someone who can keep up to the speed at which we operate.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receiving of customer orders and processing of shipping documents,
  • Track the customer order as required
  • Provide product availability information to the customer along with distributing the customer order information internally
  • Management of the customer files and sales information
  • Provide above average customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Liaison with internal departments to ensure the smooth transition of the customer’s orders,
  • Respond promptly to emails and voicemails from external and internal clients
  • Invoicing of goods shipped to customers
  • Maintain/update sales information on Customer Quotes, and system price tables
  • Collection calls for outstanding receivables
  • Processing customer payments and bank deposit preparation
  • Entering or sundry and freight accounts payable invoices
  • Filing or accounts receivable and payable invoices
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in an Account receivable environment processing orders, payments and collections calls
  • Experience working in a customer service role which would include assisting with the resolution of any order fulfillment issues
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Must be very proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Quick and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Must be able to learn quickly, think quick and move quick
