The OpportunityUnder the direction of the Order Processing Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing all order processing functions in a timely and efficient manner ensuring on-time departures and deliveries.A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:
  • Coordinate daily orders with Distribution, Traffic and 3rd Party warehouses
  • Billing of domestic and Export Orders in SAP
  • Analyzing and interpreting government regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Verifying all information on documents for accuracy
  • Oral and written communication with transportation personnel
  • Monitor and complete paperwork for 51 countries associated with international distribution in a timely manner with adherence to government regulations
  • Complete 1454, 5733 , 4159 and 9540-1 documents for CFIA Veterinarian approval and signing
  • Producing BOL, manifest and packing lists and package driver paperwork for outbound shipments.
  • Preparing customs documents for border clearance
  • Responding to customer requirements and customer specific requests a
  • Liaison with CFIA / USDA / Customer Service / Cold Storages, etc.
  • Maintain daily spreadsheets
  • Maintain daily and monthly metrics
  • Create and maintain open order reports on a daily and weekly basis in SAP

What you will bring:
  • High School Diploma or better
  • 1 -2 Years Experience
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • SAP Experience would be an asset
  • Order Processing/Logistics Experience an asset
  • Strong problem Solving, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Ability to Multi-task and manage changing priorities
