Job descriptionSuperior Finishes is a progressive and long established manufacturer of Industrial Coatings for the OEM Markets. We are a growth company, now in our 29th year of operations, and are located in a large modernized facility in Winnipegs Inkster Industrial Park.We currently have immediate openings in our manufacturing facility for:Pre-Weigh & Batch Maker positions.We are looking for mature individuals that display strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strength with multi-tasking and making solid informed decisions. You should be a very good analytical thinker with the ability to react to situations with a sense of urgency while delivering results. We are looking for eager and ambitious individuals who take their responsibilities to the next level.To be a success in these positions, you will be a quick study, have mathematical skills, industrial or warehouse experience. Working with chemicals in the manufacturing of coatings. Must read and write English. Forklift, WHIMIS, lean manufacturing, use of pallet jacks, power tools, scales an asset. Can lift 50 lbs, and can work independently or in a team environment. This is a fast paced demanding work environment, only serious individuals need apply.The permanent full time positions offer competitive and attractive starting wage complemented by participation in our profit sharing program.
