Superior Finishes is a progressive and long established manufacturer of Industrial Coatings for the OEM Markets. We are a growth company, now in our 29th year of operations, and are located in a large modernized facility in Winnipegs Inkster Industrial Park.We currently have immediate openings in our manufacturing facility for:Adjuster-Working with the Quality Control department and Production Lead to adjust paint batches using high speed dispersers, air mixers, scales, and pumps. Weigh up of raw materials for adjusting paint. Working with powders and liquids, both solvent and water based raw materials.Making small batches, solvent blends, intermediates, QC testing.Maintaining stock levels of sundries in departments and helping in Production as needed.Daily, weekly, monthly maintenance of grounds and building.We are looking for mature individuals that display strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strength with multi-tasking and making solid informed decisions. Physical work, bending, crouching, lifting.To be a success in these positions, you will be a quick study, have mathematical skills, industrial or warehouse experience. Must read and write English. Can lift 50 lbs, and can work independently or in a team environment. This is a fast paced demanding work environment, only serious individuals need apply. Forklift, WHIMIS, lean manufacturing, use of pallet jacks, power tools, scales an asset.The permanent full time positions offer competitive and attractive starting wage complemented by participation in our profit sharing program.
